It all started in Parañaque with a simple but powerful idea: bring the bold, authentic flavors of Mexican birria to the Philippines. La Guada Birria quickly became known for its slow-cooked beef birria tacos — juicy, cheesy, and packed with the kind of flavor that keeps people coming back.

Word spread fast. From friends telling friends to food bloggers and TikTok creators raving about every bite, La Guada Birria became one of the most talked-about taco spots in Metro Manila.

The Evolution

Mas Means More

When it was time to grow, the team chose Rockwell Center — and with it came a new name: La Guada Mas. Located at the ground floor of Joya Lofts & Towers, the Rockwell branch offers an elevated dining experience while staying true to the bold flavors that made La Guada a favorite.

"Mas" means "more" — more menu options including branch-exclusive dishes like the molcajete served in volcanic stone bowls, a brunch menu with deconstructed chicken burritos and huevos rancheros, and a curated drinks menu with happy-hour specials.
